Ceramics Exhibition during “Multivalent”- Clay, Mindfulness, and Memory, the 54th NCECA conference taking place in Richmond, Virginia.

Linda Cordell, Samantha Henneke, Kristen Kieffer, Aysha Peltz, Elizabeth Vorlicek, Adero Willard and Blake Williams

We are linked through our undergrad work at the NYSCC at Alfred, 1995 BFA’s, we are making our way in the ceramics field in many different ways, we are mid-career artists looking for perspective in our own practices, and digging into the concepts of how our work affects the viewer in terms of engagement and the brain.

Seven artists are highly connected to the mind body correlation of tactile touch, with a direct connection to neural plasticity: the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways.

Galanides Law Offices has been selected to host “Our Past Shapes Our Present” during Multivalent, the 54th annual NCECA clay conference taking place in Richmond, VA March 25-28, 2020.
